"Final Girl" is a collaboration between Before Dawn and Modern Haunting written as a set piece for the comedy horror film "The Xxtra Deadd." The song is from the point of view of the villain in the movie, a psychotic 1980's record producer named Shandy Blain, who was accidentally summoned from hell by an unfinished 4-track demo tape of the song "Final Girl."
